"I don't know what I'll do when I meet my Savior. Whether I"ll fall down at his feet, dance, or cry, but I do know one thing that I will do, I will worship and thank him for all the wonderful things he has done and I'll have all of eternity to do it in, but it still will not be enough!" --Pastor Newcomb on meeting Jesus. I love you Pastor, and make sure you get Sister Newcomb anything she wants on her hotdog from that golden hot dog cart on Hallelujah Square!

Pastor Newcomb shared the gospel, the love of God, and his life with all who came to him. His faithful service to God will serve as a witness of undeniable faith to those of us left to carry on our part of the journey. I thank God for those "Fiery" messages of faith and hope that ministered to all of us. Pastor Newcomb has a good report from within and without the church, just as the Bible declares a Bishop is to have.

We are so sorry for you loss. We were blessed to know Brother Newcomb for the last 15 years. He was truly a great man and an even greater man of God. He married us and gave us so much council over the years. His wisdom and knowledge will be missed, but we know he is in a better place. If there is anything we can do please let us know. He will be sincerely missed. Love Daniel, Tessa, DW and Micah.

Bro. and Sis. Newcomb were a rock when I was in the middle of a storm. After they left C'ville I called Bro. Newcomb more than once for spiritual guidance and prayer. They were more than pastors they were family. There's not enough ink or paper for me to write down what these people mean to me. I'm so happy that God let our paths cross in this life. We'll all meet again.......

He was not only a prayer warrior that I could count on but an uncle that I loved and a brother that my dad loved also.

Dr. Newcomb was instrumental in my decision to enter the ministry full time when I did. As a result of the grace of God and the advice of this Godly man, I have been so blessed to be serving God where I am now. His dear wife helped care for mine and Donna's children when we needed it. What a great couple that is finally united forever! It was a blessing to know the both of them.
