JAMES NICHOLS Obituary

James Warner Nichols

James Warner "Jimmy Nick" Nichols, 53, of Sugar Hill Rd., Brookneal passed away Friday, October 8, 2010 at Berry Hill Nursing Home in South Boston.

Mr. Nichols was born in South Boston on March 18, 1957 a son of James E. Nichols of Keysville and Reva Pollard Nichols of Brookneal.

In addition to his parents he is survived by one brother, Ricky Nichols and friend, Terry Wade, one sister, Barbara Martin and husband Gerald all of Brookneal; one niece, Heidi Miller and husband Rodney of Yorktown, their sons Reese Miller of Yorktown and Ross Singleton of Brookneal; devoted Aunts and Uncle, Nancy and Bruce Wade of Charlotte Court House, Bessie Pollard of Brookneal.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am Monday, October 11, 2010 at Falling River Baptist Church by the Rev. Keith Williams and Mr. Carl Breedlove with interment to follow in New Hope Methodist Church Cemetery, Scuffletown.

The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:30 pm Sunday, October 10, 2010 at Henderson Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Brookneal and other times at the home of his sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Gerald Martin, Sugar Hill Rd., Brookneal.
