Joyce Orange Thomas, 67, of Roanoke died Tuesday. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Friday at Cool Spring Pentecostal Holiness Church. Visitation 2 hours prior to the service at the church. Arrangements by Burch-Messier Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 317 W. Main Street, Bedford, 540-586-7360.
