A funeral service will be conducted, 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 6, 2010, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with the Rev. D. Jack Hamilton officiating. Entombment will take place at Fort Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends, 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010, at Whitten Timberlake Chapel and at other times at the residence.

In addition to flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fairview Christian Church, 2701 Camp-bell Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24501.

Dearest Earleen & Linda, I was so sorry to hear of Mrs. Woody's passing.. I so loved her and enjoyed working with her for many years (In The Good Ole Days at Revco ) she was a gentle soul that was always so sweet to me. I Loved to tease her about loving Elvis Presley.
