I just wanted to let you both know that in keeping with the passion your dad had for little league football, Michael (Deuce) and his team made him proud on Saturday. They played the team that had just beat them the week before in the Championship game and you know what??? They WON!!!! I know your father was smiling and coaching them from heaven that day! Remember the good times and next time Michael and I come home, we will stop by and show you his trophy!

We are so sorry for your loss. We just found out on Saturday night about your Father. We don't get the paper daily. We would have come to the funeral to pay our respect.

Hello Family,
I just heard about our lost. Aunt Lois (Delores Haythe) told me Danny was not well about a week ago. When we talked that night, she shared with me a story from her childhood and something her grandfather said to her - God likes pretty flowers too...Indeed he does. Wishing I could be there in person, hoping you know I'm there in spirit.

Brian and Brent,
Your father was my first football coach at Parrymont. He was my favorite coach ever and I never forgot his leadership and friendship. I just remember how far he could throw...to a 7 and 8 year old it was pretty far. I am deeply sorry for your loss.

The Lord saw that it was time to call his son home, knowing that Danny would be missed,but we know that there will be peace,love,and joy in heaven awaiting him. Danny, you will be missed so much. You have been a part of our family for as long as I can remember and you have become just like a brother to us.
