Charlene Waugh Obituary
Mrs. Charlene J. Waugh departed this life Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010, in Concord, N.C. She was born July 13, 1944, to the late Edward Dean and Magdalene J. Noel.
Charlene is survived by her husband, William Freddie Waugh Sr.; seven children; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother, Samuel Pennix (Brenda); and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010, at Community Funeral Home, with the Rev. Carl B. Hutcherson Jr. officiating. Interment will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. The family is receiving friends and the cortege will assemble at 113 Fleetwood Drive.
