Larry Bruce Bowling

"Disco"

Larry Bruce Bowling, "Disco", 54, of Lynchburg, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 12, 12010. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Bass Bowling.

Born March 2, 1956, in Lynchburg, he was a son Richard Bowling and the late Mable Bowling Frazier. He was a carpenter by trade.

Survivors also include five children, Christy, Beth, Crystal, Tracy and Toby; stepson, Michael; sister, Patricia "Patsy" Ayers; three brothers, Timmy, Jeff and Brian Keith Bowling; special friend, Bernie Farmer; and many other special friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Oct. 15, 2010, at Tree of Life Ministries Mid Town and at other times at the residence of his brother, Jeff, 3937 Pocket Road, in Hurt. A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010, at Green Lawn Cemetery in Hurt, by the Rev. Barry Cantor.

Memorial contributions may be made to Tree of Life Ministries Mid Town.
