I will always have fond memories of Carroll. I rememeber when I was about 9 years old and he gave me a cat, he told us it was a male and a few weeks later "he" had 4 kittens! I will also remember taking my son to sit on 'Santas" lap. I loved to hear him tell stories of his and my fathers antics when they were little. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. With love,

Carroll was one of those men you meet once and will never forget. Although I had not seen him since he left WEET back in 1979, I will always remember the way he approached sales. It was always in a positive manner. He loved what he did and it showed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Carroll, you will be missed but never forgotten.

Daughters,

Your father was one of the finest men I ever knew. When I was just a kid, he was my boss at WWOD. He taught me more about broadcasting than just about anyone else I ever worked with.

Plus, his Jack Benny impersonation was spot on!

Carroll was a fine and honorable man.

My prayers are with you.
