Vincent Pugh Vincent Pugh, age 68 of Manassas, Virginia died Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Prince William Hospital, Manassas, Virginia.

Mr. Pugh was born March 19, 1942 in Roanoke, Virginia, son of the late Roy Vincent and Ella Frances (Gregory) Pugh. He was a reserve deputy with Prince William County for 20 years, a member of Manasseh Lodge No. 182, A.F. & A.M., Manassas since 1995, a member of VGCA since 1983 and a member of NORVA.

Survivors include his loving wife of 27 years, Carolyn Pugh; two children, Beverly Ann Burton and husband Jim of Midland, North Carolina and David Vincent Pugh and wife Michelle of Nokesville, Virginia; one brother, Wayne Pugh and wife Margaret of Stafford, Virginia; one sister, Loretta Casey of Farmville, Virginia; five grandchildren, Melanie Helms, Jillian Helms, Derek Dunson, Robbie Pugh and Chelsea Pugh; three great grandchildren, Michael Pleso, Jaden Cosper and Jordan Helms and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, December 12, 2010 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 13, 2010 with Rev. Rudy Tucker and Pastor Mike Tangeman officiating. Interment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas. A reception will follow the interment at City Tavern Restaurant, Center Street, Manassas.

My prayers go to the family of this so nice a man. I am a high school classmate and remember what a terrific preson he has always been. He will be sorely missed by all. It was such a pleasure to see him at the 50th reunion this year.

My condolences to Vincent's family members. I first met him in 8th grade Industrial Arts class at McLean H.S. He had a certain confidence even then. Sad to say goodbye.
