My wife and I were deeply saddened to learn of Sal's passing. He was a kind and wonderful man whom we had the pleasure of knowing for too short a period of time. Rest in peace Sal, and know every day we awake in our home we are reminded of you.

Our numbers are dwindling....he was a guy who cared about fellow cops and put his time and effort into making things better. It was a privilege to know and work with him. Fraternally, Issie Horowitz
