Dr. John M. Campaiola

CAMPAIOLA - Dr. John M., 56, entered eternal rest on May 11, 2011 at Good Shepherd Hospice after he lost his battle with ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease. He was a urologist who dedicated 30 years to helping others at his practice, Massapequa Urology. He was born on August 5, 1954 in NY, NY. He was a beloved brother, brother-in-law, son-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, and friend. He is survived by his wife Paula, sister Joan D'Addario, mother-in-law Ida Ombres, sons Jason, Michael and John, daughter-in-law Alexandria and granddaughters Isabella and Alexa. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews. Family and friends may visit at the Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 1785 Deer Park Ave., Deer Park, NY 11729 on Saturday (5/14) and Sunday (5/15) from 2:00-4:30 and 7:00-9:30 pm.
