Everytime I walked into his restaurant, I was treated like a dear friend by Stevie. The warmth of this man's personality was amazing. Over the years, I learned how proud Steven was of his family. He often told me about his kids and he would be able to tell me almost every play of his son's baseball games from memory ... and always with the biggest smile you ever saw. He was so proud of his kids! I will miss Stevie's smile, humor and laugh. This was truly a kind man who was gone too soon. He will live on through his children. God Bless, friend.

You were my first nephew. That made you special right from the start. The first time your Mom asked me to babysit you, you were but a few weeks old and I was terrified. But even then you were so good-natured and easy to mind. We quickly bonded after that. My one comfort in losing you so soon are the wonderful memories I have of times spent with you and our combined families and the knowledge that you are happily reunited with people we both loved, my sister, your Mom; my Mom, your Oma and my husband, your uncle Ed. Heaven will never be the same. You are always in my heart. aunt Chris

Susan and Family, I was so saddened to hear about Steve, my heart goes out to you guys. I have such fond memories of DaVinci's, where I held my 1st job as dishwasher and busboy. Till this day I cannot eat Rosemary chicken and not think of him. He was one of my biggest cooking influences outside of my dad. He will be missed. God Bless your family.

As I sadly sit here in my office next door to the resturant,I often find it difficult to breathe as bearing the loss of a fallen brother is almost just too much to handle...Steven was truly an angel,an inspiration ,and most of all he was the older brother that I never had.....To you ,My Dearest Susan,I pray that our lord will grant you the strenght and comfort needed to carry on his legacy, that he would have wanted you to do....as well as to also know that he is ALWAYS NEARBY... .to Steven,Daniel, Ashley and Vinnie, the strength to keep momma strong and support her ,just as POP would have wished... To Anthony and Robbie,I pray for the comfort and support that you both shall need, and to know that he is not suffering in any way ,anymore,No Stress,No worries...and that we shall all be together again one day...

And lastly, as this one is hardest for me to write...My Dearest HUGO....I am in tears as I write this, as I always looked at you like my second father ..You always accepted me for me when most didnt..So I pray very hard for our lord to give you the strength to cope with having to bury one of your children....I lLove all of you and shall forever be loyal to you and the BUA Family....

I thank the lord for having him in my life and all that we have been through,as I will cherish those memories forever..

God be with you all,

Yours,
Ash
