DOPSOVIC - Patricia Ellen (nee Campbell), of Bay Shore and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, on February 24, 2016, in Florida. Beloved wife of 50 years to Richard Dopsovic. Devoted and loving mother of Kathleen Flynn (Kevin), Elizabeth Darcy (Christopher) and Michael (Molly). Cherished grandmother of Colin and Brendan Flynn, John, Meghan and James Darcy, and McKenna and Merritt Dopsovic. She is survived by a sister, Carol Logue (Robert), and was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Burggraf (Harry). Patricia enjoyed a career in education as an elementary school teacher, spending most of her years until retirement as a first grade teacher at the Mary G. Clarkson School, Bay Shore. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.) Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial, Saturday, March 5th, 10:00 AM at St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Bay Shore, LI. Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Bay Shore, LI. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Born to Read program at Southside Hospital, of which she was a founding member with several of her treasured colleagues from the Mary G.
