Irving Storch Obituary

STORCH - Irving R., 93 of West Palm Beach, Fl formerly of Westbury, NY passed away on December 25, 2011. Beloved Husband of Lorraine Storch for 60 years. Loving Father of Alan (Nancy) Storch and David (Leslie) Storch. Dear Brother of Shirley Prager. Cherished Grandfather of Julie (Ben) Hockenberg, Samantha (Paul) Jackson, Michael Storch, Andrew Storch, Jason Storch and Shana Storch. Adored Great Grandfather of Max Hockenberg and William Jackson. Irving was loved and admired by all who knew him. He was a compassionate, sweet, kind, and righteous man. He was a wonderful athlete, loved playing golf and tennis with friends and family. Irving was a respected lawyer and public servant in his role as village trustee. He was also president of his Temple. He was loved as a son, father, husband, uncle, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He was a one of a kind and will be sorely missed. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday December 28, 201 10:00 AM at IJ Morris Funeral Directors in Dix Hills NY with interment to follow at New Montefiore Cemetery. Contributions in Irving's memory may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County. Shiva will be observed at the Family residence in Florida on Thursday and Friday.
