Dear Aunt Gert, Billy, Gerald and Ann
Guess there was a big party in heaven when Jerome got there, what with all the family and friends waiting there to greet him.
Can never forget how loving and generous he was to drive and pull my trailor out to Albuquerque New Mexico with my two girls, two cats, one dog and myself. No sooner did we get out of NY when my car broke down. What would I have done if I had been by myself? He just took it all in stride, what a patient and loving man. He will be missed a lot and when the pain of grief is over there will be loving memories of a wonderful man.

Aunt Gert, I am sorry to hear about Uncle Jerry. When my sister Judy Called me tonight all I could think of was when you and Uncle Jerry took me on a camping trip. I wish I lived closer so that I was able to be there. Just remember that I have a lot of childhood memories with you and Uncle Jerry. Love and Miss You Elsie (Junior). Signed now as Elsie Brunemann

Dear Aunt Gert, Billy, Gerald, Anne and the entire Hanson family,
Please accept our sincere condolences. We were very sad when we heard of the passing of Uncle Jerry, but we immediately reflected upon happy times together, trips to the Amish country, Zinns Diner, sibling banter between Nanny, Francie and Uncle Jerry, stories of my father and of battles fought in WWII and more recently Uncle Jerry's 90th birthday party! He will always be in our thoughts.
