What can we say Marion. You were larger than life and a character whose memory still makes me smile. You may no longer be where you were, but know you are now wherever we are. Remembering you with much love!

I think of Marion every Christmas when I put my Christmas Village up. So many of the pieces were those she gave to me. Forever in my heart!

Mom as a young girl!

While I did not have the pleasure of meeting Marion, I do know her daughter Lorrie who has been such a wonderful friend to me. Marion's legacy lives on in all of her children and it is clear that she was a loving and caring individual since Lorrie is such a loving and caring person. May your family continue to heal and find peace.

I have such warm memories of Marion. Sag Harbor...Black Russian in one hand, badminton racket in the other. Cribbage on the back porch played with unbelievable passion! Or Christmas at the Wesoly's...those were the days. In the words of St. John Chrysostom, "She who we loved and lost is no longer where she was...she is now wherever we are." Rest in peace dear woman, cradled in the arms of a loving God and in the company of those you loved and lost. You will forever be missed.

Hi Mom, It's me, your number one cuda (daughter in Polish). I am thinking of how you loved to dance the polka - a gift I did not inherit; how you encouraged me to sing, how you held our family together with annual traditions, how at times you were tough and honest and at other times extremely funny. We all miss you here on earth. We are taking good care of Dad and watching over your bestie, Melissa. Please pray for us and watch over us. I pray that you are reunited with your Mom and Dad and all your family and friends in Heaven. Love always, Lorrie

Although I never had the opportunity to meet Lorrie's mom, it's obvious what a wonderful person she was. May God bless her in heaven and her family .

Lorrie, I was with you the day you went to Macy's to buy that beautiful snow white Winter sweater for your Mom; and I was there the day you heard of her illness. I will always be there to support you in the days to love and support you in the days to come, when you miss your Mother the most. Please know, she is with God, and she is smiling, because she is out of her pain, and, because she is so very proud of you.
