Anthony Pintauro

PINTAURO - Anthony, 83, of North Haven, Sag Harbor, N.Y., formerly of Garden City andElmont, N.Y. died peacefully in his home surrounded by his wife, children, grandchildren and brother on Friday, July 2nd. He was the devoted husband to his wife Dorothy for 61 years.Beloved father and father-in-law to Francis and Kathy Pintauro, Barbara and Stephen Lobosco, Ritchard and Lynnette Pintauro, and Robert and Laura Pintauro. Beloved grandfather to Anthony, Danielle, David, Samanthe,Jaclyn, Daniel, Stephen, Melissa, Michael and Megan. Cherished son of the late Aniello andCarmela Pintauro and loving brother to Joseph Pintauro and the late Concetta Giglio andMildred Salvaggio. He was a proud uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. A World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy, Anthony was a 1949 graduate of Manhattan College, with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from NYU and a graduate of St. John's Law School. Visiting hours will be on Monday, July 5th 2-4 and -9 PM at the Yardley & Pino Funeral Home, 91 Hampton St. Sag Harbor. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10:30 AM at St. Andrew's Church, Sag Harbor. Interment will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery.
