Yvonne R. LAZARCZYK

LAZARCZYK - Yvonne R. (Zlotowski) R.N., age 75, of Framingham, formerly of New York and Florida, died Sunday, June 24, 2012 at Mary Ann Morse Nursing and Rehab Center in Natick. Yvonne was married for 52 years to The Rt. Rev. Stanley F. Lazarczyk, Retired Bishop in the Anglican Catholic Church. Born in Wanamie, PA, Yvonne was the daughter of the late Michael and Harriet Ruth (McGill) Zlotowski. Yvonne was a registered nurse and Director of Nursing at nursing homes in New Jersey and New York. Yvonne was a member of St. Botolph Anglican Catholic Church in Boston. In addition to her husband, Yvonne is survived by her children: Chris Lazarczyk and his wife Reana of Calhoun, KY, Jeffrey Lazarczyk of Holbrook, NY, Linda and her husband Ken Halliday of East Islip, NY, and Michelle and her husband Joe Tosi of Framingham. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Chris Lazarczyk, Nicole Gilmore, Michael and Kimberly Halliday, Brian, Jessica and Alex Tosi and Alicia Flnn, daughter of Jeffrey. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Requiem Mass at 11AM June 28th at The Cushing Chapel, Tercentennial Park, Dudley Road, Framingham. A private committal service will take place at a later date following cremation. Visiting hours at the funeral home are private.
