John E. KUSKO

John KUSKO Obituary

KUSKO -John E., 65, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2012 in Fort Pierce, Fl. John was born in Bronx, NY. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.Prior to retirement he was a police officer for Suffolk County, NY for twenty years. He was a member of the PBA in Long Island, NY. His favorite pastime was fishing. His survivors include his wife Angela Kusko, his daughters, Barbara McManus and Diana Kusko, step sons Michael and Rick LaPonte, granddaughters Elizabeth and Dawn Kircher, brothers Lawrence and James Kusko, and beloved cousin and dear friend George Coppersmith. Hard worker with a heart of gold. Memorial and Celebration of Life will be held at 10am Friday, January 11th at United Methodist Church 350 Main Street Islip, New York. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
