Vincent James Hall, 69, of Okeechobee, Fla., formerly of Bethel, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014.

He retired from the Village of Bethel Electric Department and enjoyed fishing, reading, camping, cooking, gardening and being outdoors.

Mr. Hall was born July 29, 1945 in Prestonburg, Ky., the son of Susie Hall Stamper and Ted Hall. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Hall and Donald Hall.

He married Bonnie Smith Hall on Nov. 25, 1961.

He leaves behind his loving wife whom he married Nov. 25, 1961, Bonnie Hall of Okeechobee, Fla.; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Rickey Hall, Randy and Lisa Hall of Okeechobee, Robbie and Mellissa Hall; two daughters and one son-in-law, Tammy and John Merz and Teresa Lenhart of Cincinnati; grandsons and spouses, Andrew and Laura Hall and Aaron and Sarah Hall; granddaughters and spouses, Jody and Jeff Goodman, Amanda Hall, Rachel Hall, Emily Merz, Megan Hall, Katie Merz; three brothers and one sister-in-law, Raymond and Shirley Hall, Johnny Hall, Teddy Lee Hall; two sisters, Edna Nelson and Phyllis Wibert; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, July 26, at Saltair Church of Christ, located 2124 state Route 222, in Bethel. Brother Bob Wickline will officiate.

If desired, memorials may be made to any Heart, Cancer or Parkinson's Foundation or donate to to assist the family with expenses.
