Funeral services and burial for Mrs. Dulski will be held in Springfield, Mass. A memorial service will be held in Panama City at a later date.
Local survivors include her daughter, Janice Niemiec and her husband, Walter, of Callaway; her grandchildren, Theresa Craig and her husband, Tim, of Lynn Haven and Julie Arp and her husband, Greg, of Epworth, Ga.; and three great-grandchildren, Kristyn, Matthew and Nicholas.
