Doris Armstrong Obituary
Doris Mae Vickers Tipton Martin Armstrong, 88, of Sylva NC., formerly of Panama City, Fl. passed into the arms of her Lord on Friday, June 12, 2015, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.
She was a homemaker. She was born July 23, 1926 to the late Cecil Roy and Ina Mae Vickers. She married three times and they all preceded her in death.
Survivors include five sons, Richard and Donald Tipton, Ronald, Michael, and Roger Martin; four daughters, Sybil Scroggins, Susan Kirk, Charlene Harrison, and Darlene Owens; two sisters Iris and Louise; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Wayne Martin; three brothers, Roy, Leon, and Robert; four sisters; Viola, Ruth, Cumi, and Mary Nell.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 2pm, 19 June, 2015 at the Callaway Community Center at 524 Beulah Avenue on Callaway Bayou.
