Patricia Ann Kilpatrick Hynes of Lexington, SC went to be with The Lord on Jan. 11, 2014 at Lexington Medical Center.
A resident of Lexington since 1990, she was born on Sept. 9, 1951 in Biloxi, MS at Keesler Air Force Base and grew up in Panama City, FL. She received her degree in nursing and was a registered nurse. She was loved by her family, patients, and others who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard Leon Kilpatrick of Huntsville, AL and Maggie McLemore Unkrich of Panama City, FL.
She is survived by her husband, Peter Hynes of Lexington, SC; daughter, Jennifer Hood Owens of Irmo, SC; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Missy Hood of Great Falls, SC; grandsons, Nicholas Hood and Chase Owens, and granddaughter, Addison Hood. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law, Matthias and Norma Jean Hynes of LightHouse Point, FL; sister and husband, Phyllis and Stephen Kalifeh of Tallahassee, FL; brother, Allen Unkrich of Hartford, AL; brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Sonya Unkrich of Mobile, AL; and brother-in-law, Mark Hynes of Las Vegas, NV; several nephews and nieces, Christopher Wolfe (PA), Jason Wolfe (GA), Cayce Crooms (FL), Brance Unkrich (NY), Brooke Unkrich (FL), Christa Allen (FL), Candice Atkinson (AL), and Chaz Unkrich (AL) and their families.

A service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Woodridge Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 138 Corley Mill Road in Lexington, SC with Pastor Mark Bredholt officiating.
