Robert Frank Hess, 67, of Panama City Beach, Florida, passed away Tuesday, April 2nd.
Robert was born September 25, 1945. He was an aspiring musician, song writer, and singer who loved fishing and spreading joy. He was born and attended High School in Tampa, Florida. He was employed by Ebro Grey-hound Park since 1967. He was a very devout Christian and was a third degree Knight of Columbus with the Catholic Church.
Robert is survived by his loving wife Liz, brothers Stockton Hess and Harry Luther Hess, son Steven Frank Hess, step-son Brian McCabe and seven other siblings, nephews Mark Wayne Hess, Bryan Luther Hess, Richard Gordon Hess, Alexander Hess, Andrew Paul Hess, niece Susan Hess Lawson, step-nieces Marie Boyce, Amy Geoff, and Ashly Boyce Whitaker, great-nephews Nicklaus Hess, Holden Ethan Hess, and great-nieces Victoria Lynn Larko, Jalina Nicole Hess, Dasha Hess, and Ellie Hess.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church in Panama City Beach. Family will receive friends from 10-10:45 a.m.
