Frank Hogans, Jr., 79, of Panama City, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at his home.

Frank was a long-time resident of Panama City. He served as Pastor to Morris Temple in Bainbridge, GA since 1985, as well as Thompson Temple in Port St. Joe since 1993. Frank enjoyed reading scripture, and his church was his life.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Gladys Hogans; second wife, Emma Watts; his parents, Frank and Lillian Hogans; a son, Ted Hogans; a grandson, Alexander Padilla; and a great-granddaughter, Katia Betties.

Frank is survived by seven children, James Henry (Inez), Bennie Henry, Walter Henry (Patricia), Mannie Henry, Johnnie Keepler (Leotis), Alice Padilla (Al), and Frank Hogans, III (Francis); four sisters; one brother; 17 grandchildren; and a very special friend, Vivian Mike.

Funeral services will take place Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Kent Forest Lawn Chapel, with Jr. Bishop Willie Potter officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, March 21st from 6-8 p.m. at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
