Thomas D. Clark passed away on November 29, 2012, and has joined his recently departed wife Dorothy Clark to whom he was married for 64 years.
Thomas Clark was born on April 11, 1924, in New York City and served in the Navy's Pacific fleet during World War II assigned to the US Navy aircraft carrier CV-17 USS Bunker Hill. He moved from New York City to Parker, Florida, where he and his wife raised three children who are survived by him, Timothy A. Clark, Daniel D. Clark and Tammy C. Heath. He is also survived by six grandchildren: Megan Clark, Matthew Clark, Michael Clark, Cody Clark, Chelsea Clark, and Chad Clark as well as three stepchildren Christian Heath, Kaitlyn Heath, Kyleigh Heath.
A viewing and service will be held at the Southerland Funeral Home, 100 East 19th Street, Panama City at 1:00 pm on Monday December 3rd with Chaplain Virgil Tillman officiating. Interment will follow in Parker Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 12 noon Monday until service time at the funeral home.
