Capt. Harold Marvin Lee made his final voyage to his Heavenly home Friday, March 8, 2013. He was born July 8, 1931 in Panama City, FL.

Capt. Lee was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn, sister Dottie, brother Bert and his loving parents, Marvin and Bessie Lee. He is survived by one sister, Margaret Dupont of Charleston, SC, three sons, Mitchell Jackson (Suzie) of Bonifay, FL, Bobby Jackson (Mary) of Grand Isle, La, Buddy Lee of Panama City, FL; and two daughters, Sherry Salter (Bill) of Odessa, TX and Dottie Williams of Canton, Ga. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

After proudly serving his country as a Boatswain's mate for the US Navy, Capt. Lee spent his life as a charter boat captain on his pride and joy, the 'Captain Lee'. He is one of the last original Captains still docked at Captain Anderson's Marina, where the 'Captain Lee' has brought in some of the gulf's finest catches since the 1960s.

The family will receive friends and family at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Sunday, March 10, 2013 from 5pm to 7pm. The service will be held in the chapel on Monday, March 11, 2013 at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Officiating the service will be Rev. Virgil Tillman and Rev. J. Michael Bryan of Covenant Hospice.
