Jessica Williams Obituary
Jessica Darlene Williams, 61, passed away early Sunday morning on February 15, 2015.
Darlene was born on April 4th, 1953 in Columbus Ga.
She was preceded in death by her father, Velton "Sam" Rhame.
She is survived by her mother, Melba M. Rhame; her loving husband of 37 years, Kenneth L. Williams; her son, Kimmy M. Williams and his wife Heather; and her daughter, Alison N. Williams.
Darlene has lived in the Panama City area for most of her life, and was loved by many. She graduated from Bay High School, and attended the University of West Florida. She was retired from Margaret K. Lewis Center, where she worked for 27 years, and loved her students with a passion.
The family will receive friends at the Wilson Funeral Home on Friday February 20, from 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Bay County Special Olympics, P.O. Box 37174, Panama City FL, 32401.

We are all sorry for the loss of Darlene. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. It doesn't seem like it has been 40 years since she and I were at UWF. Lana loved working with her at MKL.

Darlene's Family, I moved to Bay Co from Missouri right before my senior year of high school. I was lonely and talked different and didn't fit in. Darlene always made me feel welcome! Throughout the last 44 years, I have often thought of her and remembered her kindness.
