Patricia Arnold Obituary

PAXINOS — Patricia A. Arnold, 77, of 703 Reading Turnpike, passed away at 1:12 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2013, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

She was born in Scranton, June 3, 1935, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Mae (Hoffman) McGurrin.

She was a graduate of Scranton High School.

She was married to Paul Arnold, who preceded her in death in 1989.

Patricia had worked for many years at the Levittown 7-11.

Patricia was a former member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Elysburg.

She was a kind, generous, living soul, and was thrilled at having her first great-grandchild.

Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Shepperson and her husband, Ralph, of Danville, and Linda Arnold, at home; a granddaughter, Caroline Ann Reich; a great-grandson, Nathaniel Steven Reich, and two brothers, John McGurrin and George Theis.

She was preceded in death by a son, Steven, and a brother, Harry McGurrin.

ARNOLD — Patricia A. Arnold, 77, of 703 Reading Turnpike, Paxinos. A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the Ray W. Rothermel Funeral Home, 387 W. Valley Ave., Elysburg. Visitation will be held with the family from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
