Charles D. Brown

ASHLAND — Charles D. Brown, 66, of 17th and Centre streets, Ashland, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born in Pottsvile Oct. 4, 1947, he was a son of Frances (Timmins) Brown, of Millville, and the late David M. Brown.

He was of the Lutheran faith.

Charles was employed by the Borough of Ashland, where he worked for 26 years.

He graduated from Ashland High School in 1965.

In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife of 45 years, Helen Marie (Paul) Brown, of Ashland; a son, Robert and his fiance, Donna, of Ashland; a sister, Nancy McLaughlin, of Millville; two granddaughters, Nicole and Ashley, and friends, Pat and Jim Oshman, of Llewellyn, and Sister Patrizia O'Connor, IHM, of Bensalem.

BROWN — Charles D. Brown, 66, of 17th and Centre streets, Ashland. Funeral services will be held from the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home, 901 Centre St., Ashland, at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev.
