KULPMONT — Christopher J. Madden, 21, of Kulpmont, known to everyone as "Chris," died unexpectedly Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012.
Born in Sunbury, May 15, 1991, he was a son of Danese (Bogetti) Boob and Thomas Madden Jr.
He was a lifelong resident of the area and was employed at Nolan's Lumber Company.
Christopher attended Selinsgrove Area School District and then transferred to Mount Carmel Area High School, where he graduated in 2010.
He was of the member of Holy Angels Church in Kulpmont and also attended Sunbury Bible Church with his family.
Christopher enjoyed working with his pap, Jerry, at Nolan's, spending time with his friends, playing video games, fishing, riding and fixing four-wheelers. He always had a bag of beef jerky on him to share with everyone.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his stepfather, Andrew; two brothers, Andrew III and Aaron, and a stepbrother, Zachary, all at home; two sisters, Holly and Autumn; a brother, Tommy, of Ranshaw; maternal grandparents, Gerald and Geraldine Laskoski, with whom he resided; maternal grandfather, Joseph J. Bogetti, of Coal Township; paternal grandfather, Thomas Madden Sr., of Ranshaw, and aunts, uncles, cousins and his loving cat, Babyboots.
MADDEN — Christopher J. Madden, 21, of Kulpmont. A prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday at C.J. Lucas Funeral Home, 1053 Chestnut St., Kulpmont, C.J. Lucas, supervisor, with the Rev. Andrew Stahmer officiating. There will be a viewing from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date.
