Kenneth L. Machamer

Kenneth L. "Piff" Machamer died Wednesday, Dec. 5 at Masonic Village, Elizabethtown, where he resided for the last six years.

Born in Williamstown, he was the son of the late Mark and Alice Jones Machamer.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Rhoda, Alice and Hannah; and four brothers, Rollie, Ben, Calr and Chuck. He is survived by two sisters, B. Marie Daub and Margaret Welker.

He was a 1951 graduate of the former Williamstown High School; retired from TRW and Chromoloy with 42 years service; was a Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict; a life member of Williamstown American Legion Post No. 239, Williamstown Fire Co. and Ashlar Lodge No. 570 F&AM, Lykens for 56 years.

Graveside Ashlar Lodge Masonic services and Williamstown Legion Military services were held Monday, Dec. 10 at Calvary United Methodist Cemetery, Wiconisco.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Post No. 239, 123 West Market St., Williamstown, PA 17098.

John R. Schultz Funeral Home, Lykens, has charge of arrangements.
