GRAHAM, Wash. — Mary Ann (Kozar) Orlosky, 47, of Graham, Wash., formerly of Coal Run, Pa., ended a courageous battle with cancer and entered into eternal rest Friday, June 21, 2013, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Mary was born at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, Sept. 21, 1965, a daughter of the late John and Octavia (Mower) Kozar, who had lived in Coal Township.
She was happily married to her beloved husband, Bob Orlosky, with whom she recently celebrated their 28-year anniversary.
A 1983 graduate of Shamokin Area High School, she later graduated Pierce College, Lakewood, Wash., and subsequently enlisted in the U.S. Army
in Yuma, Ariz., serving four years.
Mary most recently worked as a medical lab technician in Renton, Wash.
She was an active member of Bethel Baptist Church in Spanaway, Wash.
She enjoyed caring for her beautiful garden, reading, especially the Bible, jewelry making and hiking.
The joy of her life was her family and friends, especially her granddaughter.
In addition to her husband, Bob, she is survived by two sons, Zachary Orlosky and his wife, Sarah, and their daughter, Rylee, and Benjamin Orlosky, all of Washington; a sister, Sheri Kozar, of Shamokin, Pa., and many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
