COAL TOWNSHIP — William D. Templin, 53, of 859 W. Spruce St., passed away Tuesday morning, Dec. 4, 2012, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born July 29, 1959, in Shamokin, he was a son of Laura (Snyder) and the late Joseph Templin.
He was a graduate of Shamokin Area High School.
On Dec. 5, 1998, he married Tammy Burns, who survives.
He was a retired truck driver.
He was a former member of the Liberty Hose Company, and Independence Fire Company, both in Shamokin.
In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by a son, William Templin Jr., and his wife, Crista, of Elizabethville; a daughter, Jennifer Foust, and her husband, Brian, of Milton; four stepchildren, Anthony Burns, Desiree Burns, Eric Burns, and his wife, Amanda, and Randall Burns, all of Shamokin; eight grandchildren, Alaura, Alexia, Conner, Ashton, Anthony, Lyberty, Randy and Mercedes; a brother, Robert Templin, and his wife, Joanne; a sister, Cindy Dressler, and her husband, Frank; six sisters-in-law, Martina, Janet, Suzanne, Carolyn, Sadie and Ida; six brothers-in-law, Jeff, Joe, Bob, Ray, John and Tom, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by four sisters-in-law, Jane, Linda, Sara and Mina.
TEMPLIN — William D. Templin, 53, of 859 W. Spruce St., Coal Township. The funeral service is private and will be held at the convenience of the family. The Leonard J. Lucas Funeral Home, 120 S.
