Dear Joan,
We heard of Bob's passing only an hour ago and want you to know how sad, shocked and sorry we are. Bob was a great neighbor, always smiling, always generous and forever helpful. This is such a sad and difficult time. Even though we are many miles away we want you to know that if we or Sacha can be of any assistance please do not hesitate to call on us. You and Bob have been wonderful to our family over the years and we want you to think of us as extended family, ready to do or help as you may need.
All of us will dearly miss Bob's kind gentle spirit and easygoing disposition.
