KULPMONT — Agnes J. Masloski, 88, formerly of 763 Pine St., passed away Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at the Mount Carmel Senior Living Community.

Born June 2, 1924, in Kulpmont, she was a daughter of the late John and Agnes (Erdosy) Frye. She was a lifelong resident of the borough.
She graduated from Kulpmont High School.
On July 5, 1947, in Kulpmont, she married Frank Masloski, who preceded her in death on July 10, 2006.She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Church of the Holy Angels, formerly St. Casimir's Church, and a member of the Kulpmont Senior Action Center.
Surviving are two daughters, Francine Ayres and Judy Matukaitis and her husband, Thomas, all of Kulpmont; five grandchildren, Vanessa Ayres, Billy Ayres and his wife, Amanda, Courtney Sanders and her husband, Thomas, Chelsea Matukaitis and Dylan Matukaitis; a sister-in-law, Florence Frye, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Frye; two sisters, Margaret Pell and Helen Reilly, and a son-in-law, William Ayres.
MASLOSKI — Agnes J. Masloski, 88, formerly of 763 Pine St., Kulpmont. Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Church of the Holy Angels, 855 Scott Street, Kulpmont with the Rev. Andrew Stahmer officiating. Burial will be in St. Casimir's Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. with transferal prayers at 10 a.m. Monday in the C.J.
