COAL TOWNSHIP — Hilda Agnes Dilliplane, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt, passed away at 5 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2013, at Mountain View: A Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, surrounded by family and friends. The most precious moments to Hilda were spending quality time with loved ones.

She was born Feb. 8, 1926, in West Cameron Township, a daughter of the late Daniel and Elizabeth (Moore) Derck.

She atteded West Cameron schools.

On Jan. 15, 1944, in Shamokin, she married Henry Dilliplane, who passed away Nov. 7, 2001.

She started work at Mandata Poultry and later worked as a repair woman for the Shamokin Shoe Company.

She was a member of God's Missionary Church, Shamokin.

Surviving are three daughters, Alice Pawelczyk and her husband, Anthony, of York, Rose Bridgeford and her husband, William, of Shamokin, and Ann Rogers and her husband, Morris, at home; 10 grandchildren, Shane Pawelczyk, Troy Pawelczyk, Chris Pawelczyk, Tonia Clark, Jason Zimmerman, Jeremy Zimmerman, Cindy Smith, Elizabeth Rogers, Richard Bridgeford and Russell Bridgeford; 12 great-granchildren, Dylan Raine Pawelczyk, Preslei Pawelczyk, Khora Pawelczyk, Mara Pawelczyk, Ryder Pawelczyk, Jaxon Zimmerman, Patricia Clark, Joseph Clark, Katye Clark, Luis Clark, Ethan Smith and Kian Smith; her special nieces and nephews, Marlene Shipe, Nancy and Patty Mayton, and Judy Bohner, with many, many more, and her favorite pets, Timmy, Butters and Cuddles.

She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Dilliplane, in 1960, and her brothers and sisters, Marie Straub, Calvin Derck, Daniel Derck, Bertha Derck and Raymond Derck.

DILLIPLANE — Hilda A. Dilliplane, 87, of Mountain View: A Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Farrow Funeral Home, Sixth and Chestnut streets, Shamokin, with the Revs. Richaed, McKensey and Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
