LANSDALE — Mary E. Stiklaitis, 88, of Lansdale, passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at her residence.

She was born July 27, 1924, in Mount Carmel, a daughter of the late Custy and Pauline (Augustine) Buracezski. She has lived in Lansdale since 2000, and had formerly lived in the Lawndale section of Philadelphia for 45 years.
Mary married Joseph V. Stiklaitis, who passed away in April 1997.
She had worked as the executive assistant to the tax collector in Mount Carmel.
She was a member of St. Stanislaus Church, Lansdale, and was a former member of St. William's Catholic Church. Mary was devoted to her family and her home.
Surviving are a son, David J. Stiklaitis, with whom she lived in Lansdale; a daughter, Mary Ellen Casey and her husband, Lawrence J., of Schwenksville; 10 beloved grandchildren; a brother, Joseph Buraczeski, of Kulpmont; a sister, Regina Milewski, of Brookhaven, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Eleanor Kehn and Gertrude Norkevich, and her brothers, John and Frank Buraczeski.
STIKLAITIS — Mary E. Stiklaitis, 88, of Lansdale. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham Township. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. The Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, Lansdale, is in charge of the arrangements. For those desiring, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale 19446.
