BLOOMSBURG — Mildred M. "Millie" Krebs, 92, of Emeritus Assisted Living, Bloomsburg, and formerly of 205 Water St., Danville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, May 2, 2014, at Geisinger-Bloomsburg Hospital, Bloomsburg.

She was born Feb. 27, 1922, in Danville, a daughter of the late Charles and Sarah Moody.
She was married for 63 years to the late Norman E. Krebs who preceded her in death July 7, 2011. They were married Aug. 9, 1947.
Millie graduated from Danville High School.
She was a dedicated homemaker, loving wife and mother.
Millie was a member of First Baptist Church of Danville, where she served on the flower committee. Millie was a member of the senior choir and enjoyed singing duets with her husband, Norman. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons, Bruce L. Krebs and his wife, Susan, of Danville, and Wayne E. Krebs and his wife, Beverly, of Danville. Also surviving are two grandsons, Dr. Richard Krebs, of Seattle, Wash., and David Krebs and his wife, Stephanie, of Indianapolis, Ind.; a granddaughter, Janet Krebs, of Elysburg, and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Randy A. Krebs, on Jan. 21, 2005, and several brothers and sisters.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Northumberland Memorial Park, Route 61, Stonington, with her pastor, the Rev. Dr. Harry H. Wonderland officiating, with assistance by the Rev. Dawes Dunham. There will be no viewing. The family will provide flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Memorial Fund 20, Brookside Drive, Danville 17821. Arrangements are under the direction of Visneski Funeral Home Inc., 10 W. Mahoning St., Danville.
