Richard B. "RC" Conner, 61, of Pitman died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 at Geisinger-Shamokin Area Community Hospital.

He is survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Judy (Kukuk) Conner; the couple married Saturday, January 27, 1973.
Born Sunday, August 12, 1951 in Fountain Springs, he was a son of Eleanor Kaufman of Ashland.
He was preceded in death by his father, Chuck Conner, and his step father, William "Beada" Kaufman. He graduated from Ashland High School and worked as a die cutter for Tri-State Envelope for 42 years.
He was a member of Fiddler Run, Pine Creek Trout Nursery and also was a member of the Mahantongo Fire Company.
Surviving are two sons, Richard P. "Buffy" Conner and his wife Sharon of Doutyville, and Jason Conner of Pitman; five grandchildren, Jazlyn Conner, Colten Conner, Dakota Conner, RJ Conner and Autumn Conner; three sisters, Deb Conner, Tracey Kehler and her husband Steve and Robin Deaver and her husband Howard; one brother, Mark Conner; as well as nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jeremy F. Conner and one brother, Craig Conner.
Services were held Monday, Jan. 21 at the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown, with the Rev. Todd Wolfe officiating. Interment was in St. Paul's E.C. Cemetery, Pitman.
