SHOEMAKERSVILLE — Betty P. Lindenmuth, 87, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014, at Orwigsburg Center, Orwigsburg.

Born March 2, 1927, in Zion Grove, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Pearl Houser.
She attended Ashland High School.
Betty was married to Edward Lindenmuth, who preceded her in death in 2002.
She worked at Reidler Knitting Mills, Ashland, until her retirement. She also worked at Schmeck's and Pot of Gold restaurants in Berks County.
She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Ashland.
Surviving are three sons, Barry, husband of Brenda Spieles, Kevin Spieles, and David, husband of Missy Lindenmuth; three daughters, Doreen, wife of Donald Maurer, Beverly, wife of Angel Bello, and Bonnie, wife of Daniel Lamm; 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sarah and Gertie, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Darvin, John and Paul, and two sisters, Arlene and Mae.
LINDENMUTH — Betty P. Lindenmuth, 87, of Shoemakersville. Funeral services will be held at noon Monday in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Ashland with the Rev. Dana Heckman Beil officiating. Interment will be in Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs. There will be no viewing. The Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home, Ashland, is in charge of arrangements.
