PAXINOS — Judy F. Delvecchio, 63, of Paxinos, passed away Friday, April 5, 2013, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, after a long battle with cancer.

She was born in Kulpmont, Nov. 26, 1949, a daughter of the late Alfred and Ilene (Washelewski) Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Delvecchio Jr.
She was a graduate of Mount Carmel High School.
After graduation, she was employed by Anthra Textile and continued working there until it closed.
She loved gardening and also loved her dog, J.D.
Surviving are three siblings, Rosemary Hoffman, of Kulpmont, Susan Barvitskie and her husband, Jake, of Paxinos, and Jamie Thomas and his wife, Chris, of Kulpmont; two sisters-in-law, MaryAnn George and her husband, Jim, of Scranton, and Diane Determan and her husband, Wayne, of Virginia Beach, Va.; nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, James Hoffman.
DELVECCHIO — Judy F. Delvecchio, 63, of Paxinos. A funeral Mass is planned at a later date. Jerre Wirt Blank Funeral Home, 395 State St., Sunbury, has charge of arrangements.
