Mary Lou Flesher(1921)

Mary Lou Flesher was born Mary Mildred Manges at Taft, Calif., on Oct. 30, 1921, to Chester Arthur and Zannia Victor Manges. She was one of three children.
Mary Lou spent her youth in California, and moved to Alaska permanently in 1954, where she joined the music industry. She was a talented and successful musician for many years and became a business agent for the Musician's Union.
Mary Lou was a beautiful lady who was a kind and generous soul and always ready to help a friend in need. She never turned anyone away, and was loyal and caring to all who knew her. She will be missed greatly by her family and her many friends.
She is survived by her brother and his wife, Victor and Janet Manges, of Visalia, Calif.; daughter, Sharon Hallman, of Arlington, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Kelly Hallman, of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Dean Hallman, of Arlington, Ariz.; and many very good friends.
Her parents and her sister, Cheslea Manges, preceded her in death; as well as a daughter, Karen Lee Flesher.
Rest in peace, dear lady.
Arrangements were entrusted to Chapel of Chimes Funeral Home.
