Michael Clemmons(1961-2013)

Lifelong Alaskan Michael Klondike Clemmons died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at age 51, in his home in Sterling. A date for a celebration of life will be announced.
Michael was born to Keith Clemmons and Leah (Clemmons) Madonna, of Fairbanks, on Oct. 6, 1961. He spent his early years playing baseball, shooting archery, motocross, hunting and fishing.
Later he became a certified video technician, traveling the state installing security systems. Eventually settling in Sterling, he spent his time with the love of his life, Christina, and family and friends. He loved the New York Giants.
Michael was loved by family and friends and will be truly missed.
You may be gone, Klondike, but you'll never be forgotten! "Mackrel, is forever love, Baby Girl, is forever love," are the last words Mike and Chris spoke together.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Keith Clemmons; his uncle, Tom Fogarty; and mother-in-law, Cathy Krishner.
He is survived by his wife, Christina Clemmons, of Sterling; daughter, Sabrina Thompson; son, Shane Brown; two granddaughters, Hannah and Haylee; and three grandsons, Dominic, Tanner and Levi.
He also is survived by his mother, Leah (Clemmons) Madonna and Jim Madonna; and his aunt, Karen Fogarty; sisters, Kim Hufman, Niki Etcheverry, Riska Cruse and Anita McClellan; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
