John Eugene Hannah Sr., 79, passed away Feb. 25, 2013, in Anchorage.
He lived in Alaska for the majority of his life. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps in the occupation of Korea after World War II, where he learned to operate heavy equipment. He was a skilled crane operator. He retired from Operating Engineers Local 302 in 1986.
