He was born July 17, 1945, in Petersburg, Va., to Fred Miller and Dorothy Wright.
He married the love of his life, Keum Ran Kim, on Jan. 26, 1963, in Seoul, South Korea. He was a dedicated husband, father and friend.
He served in the U.S. Army, including two tours in Vietnam and eight years in Korea.
He arrived and fell in love with Alaska in May, 1974. Upon his retirement from the military in 1982, he and his family returned to Delta Junction.
