To Kevin's Family-I haven't seen Kevin since we graduated high school a loonnngg time ago. Ever since our friend Ray announced Kevin's passing he has been on my mind. I have been remembering how Kevin broke his arm in second grade. I still didn't know anyone there yet and he was always nice to me. And I will never forget how he grew up one summer and was so much taller than the rest of us. He was a good kid and it has been nice to hear how he became a good man. I am so sorry for our loss of a good soul.

Mr Hobbs was a remarkable administrator at Watkins Mill. We were so sorry to lose him when he moved on to higher goals and are even more so sadden to hear of his passing now. May his memories and kind charitable spirit live on in the many young lives he touched over the years. Peace and love to family and close friends.

We did not Kevin long enough in the Virginia Beach Public schools but for the short time he was there he had already made a big difference. He helped me, the president of the Virginia Beach Education Association, to open doors that were previously closed to the association. I am very grateful for his help. He will be truly missed.
