Matthew Hoppe Obituary
Matthew graduated from Sanderson High School and received a BS in Marketing and a Minor in Accounting from NC State. He recently was an office manager with Triangle Laptop in Durham.
He is survived by his parents; by his sister: Christina Ann Hoppe Walters and husband Douglas of Raleigh; brother: Steven Thomas Hoppe, of the home; grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Henry and Helen Hoppe, of FL; uncles: Thomas E. Nicoletti, of FL and Richard C. Nicoletti and wife Susan, of CA; aunts: Lisa Gabrielsen, of NY and Tina Primer, of IL; cousin: Wendy and Tracey Nicoletti , Diane and Natalie Gabrielsen and Samantha, Melissa and Isabell Primer; and by his dog: Caiser.
Matthew was preceded in death by his grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Thomas and Dorothy Nicoletti.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, January 23rd from 1-3 PM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (11401 Leesville Road). Liturgy of the Word will be said at 3 PM at the church.

Dear Hoppe Family: Our Grandson Ryan Hart grew up with Matt and when we visited in Raleigh he would be over playing with Ry. He was a sweet boy and our hearts go out to you. We lost Linda, our daughter in 1997 and can only share in the grief you feel. It is just the worst to lose a child. Ryan and Rachel Hart are here with us in Charlotte area now.

Hello Peter, Joyce, Christina, and Seven.
I know I was just there with you to visit, but I wanted to make sure I wrote in the online journal for you. There is no doubt in my heart that Matt is having a great time in Heaven and that he's saving places for the rest of us. My only worry is for you because I know how much you miss him.
Despite the harsh circumstances, I was so happy to see everyone again. I miss you all already and I wish I was closer so I could come check up on you. Please know that I love you very much.
