Alanna, we say goodbye to your beautiful, amazing physical body, and to its journey on this earth. You were so young, there was so much more time for adventure, love, happiness, and life ahead of you, time you would have used to the fullest. The true and loving impact that you had on those you touched would have continued to grow with every day that you lived, and every example that you set. You were wise beyond your years, you understood how precious each day is and you made your days count.
We also say thank you for a soul and spirit so pure, so positive, so full of love. We have learned so much from you, and you will always be in our hearts helping to guide us, to give us happiness, and to remind us to live our lives in a way that brings you joy.
Love Forever, Dad, Mom and Taylor.
Our family has been enormously grateful for the outpouring of love and support we have received since this unimaginable tragedy. We welcome family, friends and those who knew and loved Alanna to a memorial gathering to honor and celebrate her life at 11am, May 19 at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History.
