Constance Curran

Constance M. Curran, 84, of Danbury, beloved wife of the late Frank T. Curran, Sr., passed away peacefully at Danbury Hospital, on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.
Constance was born in Danbury, daughter of the late Henry and Mildred (Forlastro) Lowden. She attended Danbury schools and had worked as an assembler for the former Mosler Safe Company. She was a longtime member of St. Peter Church and had a passion for crocheting and knitting.
She is survived by her children: Patricia Morris and husband Robert of Kernersville, NC, Frank T. Curran, Jr. and wife Kathleen of Bethel, Lynn Curran-Lemme and husband Richard of Danbury and Pamela Gallo and husband Philip of New Milford, six grandchildren: Jessica Bryant, Christopher Morris, Lauren Gallo, Philip Gallo, Victoria Lemme and Taylor Lemme, five great grandchildren: Rashawn, Marquieth, Austen, James and Nicholas, who were the light of her life, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Danielle Curran and her brothers: Jack, Henry and Joseph Lowden.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter Church, on Saturday at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at St. Peter Cemetery. Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, on Saturday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
